2017 Final MIPS Performance Feedback is now available. Special scoring circumstances and all MIPS data submitted or calculated for an individual clinician, group, or APM Entity will be reflected. Final MIPS Performance Feedback includes the 2017 Final Score, 2019 Payment Adjustment Information, and details about measures and activities.
Clinicians that participated in either track of the 2017 Quality Payment Program, MIPS or APMs, may now access feedback reports on their 2017 Performance Reporting. CMS has completed the analysis and all feedback reports will reflect scoring updates such as MIPS survey results, 2017 claims run out, reweighting for hardships under ACI now known as Promoting Interoperability (PI) and benchmarks for Quality measures that didn’t have a historical benchmark to name a few.
If you are an individual clinician, group, or MIPS APM entity, you can now obtain your MIPS performance feedback. Those clinicians who practice in multiple groups (identified by a TIN) will have a feedback report for each group under which they participated.
CMS is encouraging all MIPS participating clinicians to obtain an EIDM account by July 31, 2018. Clinicians have until September 30, 2018 to request a targeted review should they disagree with any portion of the feedback report. For additional information regarding how to access your MIPS performance Feedback please access the 2017 Performance Feedback fact sheet at: https://www.cms.gov/Medicare/Quality-Payment-Program/Resource-Library/2017-Performance-Feedback-fact-sheet.pdf
