Rob serves as the President and CEO of Meridian Medical Management and is responsible for setting and executing on Meridian’s long term growth, service, and financial strategies. Rob brings 24 years of experience in healthcare and revenue cycle management. Prior to joining Meridian he held the position of Chief Operating Officer for Diagnostic Health Corporation, a nationwide owner and operator of outpatient imaging centers. Prior to his role with Diagnostic Health he held the position of Executive Vice President of Operations with CBIZ Medical Management Professionals and Senior Vice President of Operations for a leading revenue cycle management firm. PrecisionBI is a division of Meridian Medical Management.

Jaime comes to Meridian/PBI after holding executive leadership positions in companies from start-up to Fortune 100. He has a proven track record of driving transformational growth for SaaS and services businesses. Most recently he was with early to mid stage software and professional services companies – Point of Care Decision Support, Patient Care Technology Systems (PCTS), and MentorMate. Under his leadership, PCTS and MentorMate achieved record sales and successfully exited via acquisition. Previously, Jaime had a successful 15-year career at the 3M Company where he was responsible for leading sales, marketing, strategic planning, M&A, R&D, implementation, and P&L management. He successfully launched and grew software-based businesses in healthcare, transportation, and several other verticals. Jaime earned his B.S. and M.S. degrees both from the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor. He is a 3M certified Six Sigma/Lean Black Belt and has authored six (6) granted U.S. patents.

Bill brings 21 years of healthcare sales, marketing and operations background to Meridian Medical Management. He has served as the Chief Sales Officer for one of the fastest growing medical scribe companies, eScribe. Prior to eScribe he was with two different Francisco Partner (FP) funded companies, The T-System and AdvancedMD. While at The T-System, he served as Vice President of Sales and Business Development and served in a similar capacity at AdvancedMD, as the Vice President & General Manager of Billing Services. Prior to his work with the FP funded companies, Bill served as the Vice President of Sales and Business Development for MED3OOO. He spent more than 11 years at MED3OOO as it expanded to become one of the largest privately held physician healthcare technology and services companies. Bill holds an undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University and a Masters in Healthcare Administration from the University of Houston – Clear Lake.

Jessica Rydel, Executive Vice President
As Meridian’s General Counsel, Jessica oversees all legal, compliance and contracting matters and is a member of the Executive Leadership team. Jessica has extensive experience in healthcare law, which allows Meridian and its clients to remain compliant and successful in an ever-changing regulatory environment. Prior to joining Meridian, Jessica was a director at the University of Connecticut’s academic medical center, supporting its clinical, academic and research activities. Jessica was previously employed by the United Technologies Corporation, where she became a certified associate in its Achieving Competitive Excellence (ACE) system, leading numerous teams to achieve significant quality improvement initiatives. Jessica has an undergraduate degree in biology and art, a Juris Doctorate from the University of Connecticut School of Law, and is admitted to practice in both Connecticut and New York.

Dan is a founding member of the PrecisionBI product line. He has over 20 years of experience in data analysis, database design and software development with 15 of those years devoted to healthcare. He leads the strategic vision and design of PrecisionBI and works closely with its strategic partners and current and prospective clients. He previously worked in the financial industry on technical projects ranging from database design and analysis to software development. Dan served six years in the United States Air Force where he studied and worked in the field of Aviation Electronics.

Lance Abraham leads the Outcomes team at PrecisionBI. He entered healthcare in 2001 with WebMD, as part of a team that pioneered e-prescribing and offline charge via wireless handheld. After producing in various operational and sales roles, Lance was at the forefront of mobile development in healthcare with PatientKeeper, who delivered financial and clinical data via tablet and smartphone.
At athenahealth, Lance was part of Enterprise Client Development team, who helped lead the charge on cloud-based healthcare for large organizations. He started with the financial analytics team, consulting both on growth and workflow opportunities. Later, Lance focused on leveraging athena’s suite of solutions to succeed in several strategic initiatives (population health, ICD-10, PQRS, Meaningful Use, Chronic Care Management, point-of-service collections, and clinical data exchanges).
At PrecisionBI, Lance uses his experience, along with his belief that healthy relationships produce healthy results, to cultivate a strong sense of partnership. PBI’s Outcomes team is dedicated to connecting with clients, understanding (and telling) their stories, and helping them succeed in an ever-changing healthcare environment.

Kaiser brings 15 years of process and strategic delivery experience to PrecisionBI from his time spent at Fortune 50 and Fortune 1000 companies. Prior to his position at PrecisionBI, Kaiser managed system development and business operations requirements for multiple client facing business units – including Sales, Operations, Service, and Finance. Kaiser also successfully managed engineering teams and operational processes for almost $3 billion of delivery systems.
His current leadership focus is set on operational efficiency, engineering standards, and process development with the primary goals of keeping client satisfaction at the forefront. Kaiser’s strategic objectives are to create predictable models for our clients in relation to product schedules and client delivery milestones.
Kaiser holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Operations and Information Systems Management from Pennsylvania State University, as well as certifications for Scrum Master, Scrum Product Owner, CompTIA Network+, and other certifications.

Maryann LaMarche, Director, Solutions Management
Maryann brings 30 years of experience with revenue cycle analysis and business intelligence solution development to PrecisionBI. From financial and marketing analysis for Vermont’s largest academic medical center and Hartford Healthcare to business intelligence solution development for IDX Systems Corporation/GE Healthcare and PrecisionBI, Maryann understands the unique challenges associated with healthcare data.
Joining PrecisionBI in 2016, Maryann’s focus is the development of new solutions, as well as, the associated implementation and education processes. The future isn’t about dashboards that just provide a means of monitoring whether we’re meeting a target or not, but rather, storyboarding data so we can follow the path down to the root cause with a minimal amount of effort and know where to focus improvement strategies.
